Tamer is a classically trained pianist and jazz musician who was introduced to the professional world of broadcast television and film in the early 1990s. Since then, Tamer has been working along side Emmy Award® winning television crews learning from the best. In addition to running SQP, he continues to freelance as a sound engineer for NFL Films and NASCAR images. He has also started shooting camera for NASCAR. His music training, artistic vision and zeal for entrepreneurship enabled Tamer to launch SQP in early 2006. After learning the business of video and film from the ground up, he knew it was time to offer professional video production from script-to-screen on his own. Jay O'Hare has been doing location sound for major networks and production companies around the globe since 1991. He enjoys doing location sound for documentaries, sporting events, commercials, movies, and reality shows. He regularly works for NFL Films during the football season and fills the rest of his schedule with other high-end location sound and video production projects. As SQP Vice-President, he oversees many projects before they go out the door. As a sound engineer, with broadcast experience as a shooter, editor, and gaffer he is a tremendous asset to the company.

Kirsten Tewfik has much experience in the world of marketing and sales. As a former Director of Marketing for the Merriam Theatre in Philadelphia and a Senior Media Buyer for Electric Factory Concerts, she brings a lot of marketing knowledge to the table. As a musician and vocalist she understands the artistic side of creation and can always lend a helping hand to the business side of client projects. Her professional knowledge and calm demeanor makes everyone she brings in as a client feel comfortable and at home with SQP. She also is married to Tamer which still proves to be her greatest challenge.

Mike had been involved in computers before the days of "the internet" and has proved to be an amazing web designer and programmer. His skills include website development with audio, video, Flash, PHP as well as many other current and upcoming technologial platforms. In addition to being a computer wiz, Mike is a professionally trained trombonist studying under the tutelage of Sal Scarpa, Jay Hildebrandt, Dan Thomasone and Jim Pugh. Like Tamer, he is an alumnus of The University of the Arts in Philadelphia. He always welcomes more gigs to fill in the holes in his calendar.

Nadya is a very talented and prolific web programmer and designer. She has proved to work very quickly and is the perfect person to have assigned to projects with tight deadlines. Her extensive knowledge in web technologlies have allowed her to help many clients meet their needs.

Wayne is a senior developer with level 3 experience. He specializes in PHP, HTML (4&5), CSS 3, Javascript, Ajax, and Java programming. He has used these skills for marketing, brand development, web site traffic growth, web site UI and advertising revenue. He excels in developing brand strategy and statistical analysis systems. If you can dream it, he can build it.

Megan has a lot of experience building websites for small businesses as well as being graphic design and print work artist for various groups. She received her BA from Fairleigh Dickinson University. In addition to being a great web developer, she is also an amazing actress and has been in countless theatrical and film productions in NYC and NJ.

Daniel is an energetic programmer with a strong desire to do design work. His specialties in business administration, website design, informational sciences, JAVA, Scheme, ALCS, and User Interface, have allowed him to gain a plethora of knowledge and hands-on experience that has enabled him to be a strong worker. Daniel's positive energy is infectious and he brings optimism and ingenuity to every new experience.

James is simply put, a great editor. He has worked for FOX TV and a number of other networks. If James is on your prjoect, you're in good hands. He also has experience as a deposition videographer.

Jonn is a scary talent with many albums, original songs and world tours to his credit. He was a founding member of "The Sinceros" and "Squeeze". He also plays many instruments. He has played keyboards for Tina Turner, Van Morrison and co-penned songs with some of Nashville's top writers. Jonn has also worked on the incredibly successful "American Idol" series tuning the vocals for the contestants. Today he continues to tune vocals for various UK singers and producers. Jonn recently played piano for the Pawnshop Roses in Philadelphia and also sat in on sessions on keyboards, bass and guitar for a new album being recorded by Joe Zahm. Jonn is also an avid collector of Tibetan Singing Bowls. He now has 16 bowls of varying sizes and plays them at the local Yoga Center while Asanas are being practiced. Jonn has a recording studio in his home and has helped record jingles, theme music and backround tracks for many of our videos.

Brenan is a quality sound engineer with an impeccable ear. His gear is always broadcast quality and he knows how to use it. Due to his professionalism and tremendous skill in audio, Brendan is in high demand. If Brendan is on your job, consider yourself lucky and know it will sound beautiful.

James is a talented musician with a great ear for audio. James has worked on many ENG (Electronic News Gathering) shoots for SQP and also masters recorded audio to "sweeten" it's sound. He is also an accomplished guitarist and works seasonally for NFL films in the audio department.
